Place your mask in the center and add two small frosting dots for eyes. Create strands around the cupcake using your frosting bag. Sprinkle the blue candy pieces around the top. You can also use yellow and red food coloring in the frosting (no dye for the batter), cut a slit into the cupcake and drop in a gusher to represent a Mossy Tumor.
