This is the main game window -- as you probably already know, the game consists of switching jewels around to match up three of a kind. Match up four of a kind and you can get the flashing gems at the bottom, which will explode if you match them together. Match five of a kind and you get a little glowing energy ball, which when switched for a match, will destroy all gems of a certain color on the board. It's Bejeweled -- if you've never played it, you're in for a treat no matter what kinds of games you like.
