So basically, it's a trinket version of Evocation, with a big passive +healing bonus. The total mana gain is 1970, which is around the minimum gain from a Super Mana Potion. If you can spare eight seconds at a time to regen mana, this is a good deal; and if you can't, the +healing will serve you just fine. I like it.
