No doubt you've heard the nearby orc yelling about his displeasure with this kindly-looking merchant. This is probably the most obvious and visible Easter egg in the game, although on occasion I've been surprised by a few people (usually those without the need to buy reagents or pet food at nearby vendors) who don't know about her.
