World of WarCrafts: Failoc T-shirt
Failure is part of success. Right? Most will probably agree that the recent BlizzCon ticket sale was largely a failure of epic proportions.
Fortunately, out of all the calamity that ensued, the Failoc was born. Now you can have your very own Failoc in custom t-shirt form. Advertise your survival of (or defeat by) the BlizzCon '08 Ticket Fiasco or slap one on your kiddo to reduce the sting off all those "Oops!" moments.
Here is what you will need:
- Plain White Tee
- Cardboard T-Shirt Form
- FabricMate Markers (thin tip in green, yellow, orange, red, black, blue, brown and a clear blender)
- Murloc Print (Large or Small)
- Tape

If you don't want to spend the time drawing and coloring it (though this WOULD be a great craft for kids), many office supply stores and arts & crafts stores carry iron-on transfer paper for your computer's printer. Load up the original Failoc picture into your graphics editor program of choice, hit it with a mirror image over the whole thing, blow it up or shrink it down, print it out, voila!

Yes! You can even use an image program (like Photoshop) to fill in the colors and print it on a color ink-jet/laser printer (depending on the paper).

Great idea, and the iron-on is a great addition to the already great idea. I'm going to go buy fabric pens tomorrow, and make one for my son.....and maybe for me....and yes - cute kiddo!
BTW - I enjoy the incredibly varied craft ideas that have been suggested; even if this week's craft is not something you are proficient in, there is something you can do in the archives.....

Thanks! I might end up coloring the murloc and posting it in the gallery as well, so people who want to iron-on can do so. :)
