Apein has some big shoes to fill, but he already has a blog, where he posts teaser shots of his work in progress, and knows to upload to Vimeo. We were also impressed that he was able to keep the aspect ratio intact throughout, not get excessive with Model Viewer, blend platforms, and not go super crazy with the effects. However, we do object to the heavy blurring and the random zooms in and out. That wasn't enough to distract us from the beauty of this music video, though.

I don't get it. People don't understand the idea of less is more. You can make a good music video by making an actual video instead of having some warlock do the /talk command repeatedly and using the L70TC models in random backgrounds.

Hmm, I enjoyed it but i am getting a little bored of music video's containing little more than the L70ETC models and a few randoms. Is it not time for a little change? What happened to story in music videos?

It's rather unfortunate that the BE male 'talking' animations make them look like they're coughing up a hairball.
I enjoyed the cinematics however and great tune for sure.

Honestly this is less of a music video and more of an exercise in filter-wankery. Most of the video is too dark to make out what's going on, the OTT blur masks any need to actually lip-sync properly, and the video itself consists of nothing more than a couple of vaguely appropriate scenes and shots of L70ETC characters which have been grossly over-used ad nauseum.
Simply put, you can make it look as fancy as you want, but if you have no substance, your video is just a bunch of filters and canned animations. Stop-motion would have been more creative.

Glad somebody else is less than impressed with what amounts to 90% of the videos in this section. They all look the same, all usually sound the same. All have those models. All have TOO MANY FILTERS. All have crap that doesn't involve wow.
I find it funny that people that like these hate pvp videos. Because these are pretty much going the same way. Darkness and bloom are the new transition effects and zoom in.
How about Wowinsider finds somebody who doesn't hate pvp to make a sister column to this with pvp videos?

Is it me or are these music videos going the way of modern video games? Lots of light bloom and brown.

shouldn't this show more druids shape shifting? Or maybe even shamans turning into ghost wolf?

To the author of the video, don't listen to anyone. That little video clip was very cool. It's alot better than anything I've seen in a long while in the music video clips. I know for a fact that anything I would come up with would be far worse.
This video rocked!

I like this video. I think it rocks. It's much like a modern rock video, only with video game toons, and graphics. Keep up the good work!
