With The Burning Crusade, Children's Week was given a new tier of quests, based in Outland. Either this year or the last, I'm sure most of you have done these quests. Rather than replacing the old ones, it was simply an addition to the holiday. If Children's Week receives the same treatment in Wrath, I'm itching to see what the rewards will be, or who(what?) we'll be escorting. The rewards in TBC were based off of the new content, so I have my doubts we'll have any accurate guesses for Wrath's installment at this point, but wrong guesses are still fun to make. Penguins? Walruses? Baby Bornakks?
And what will we be escorting? A baby Tuskarr? A baby Nerubian? Who knows! Like I said, I doubt we can make any accurate guesses at this point in Wrath's development, but it's still fun to think about.

I was thinkin' about this recently. I hope we get Polar Bears =) And maybe we could escort the children that were orphaned by Arthas' reign of destruction!

I'd like to see different tourist destinations result in different rewards. Let the orphan see the end of a raid instance, get Bornakk. See a high ranked arena battle, get a penguin.

We'd escort baby deathknights, obviously.

If they make you trail a small human orphan girl around, and the reward at the end is a baby polar bear? I will spend three days giggling.

Well the Forsaken are redeems Scourge invaders, and/or people who died in the plague. I guess none of the kids that bit it in the plague were resurrected as Forsaken because they probably would not age and therefore would not make good warriors.

if you are a Hunter or Warlock and around level 25 you can go to a stranded ship along the shore of Wetlands.
it's full of undead sailors that will curse you and your pet to look like undead.
however your pet looks like an undead child.

I've got a hunch we'll be reverting to the old Human / Orc kids. Then again, I'd love to see Red or Blue dragonflight whelps as escorts / adoption targets.
Then again, how would a Blue whelp react to mana users? Hmmm... fun :)

Horde should get Baby nerubians. And their quests should involve eating undead. And Gnomes. And that will be your reward
Alliance should get a Murloc to escort, since they seem so obsessed with them when i play as my ally toon. And the mulocs should have quests about killing the trolls at Zul'Darrak, just for the hell of it. And your quest reward is a pet fish that can magically fly, or something along those lines.

I wanna see tauren, troll, gnome, night elf and dwarf children.
I guess ice troll orphans and dwarfs are possible according to Northrend's lore, but then maybe even little naga (poor things).
And for pet i want a little mammoth.
