Actually I can prove that the cost of the Cenarion War mount goes down in price. My Mage is currently at revered or so with them and the cost is about 1800 for her. I expect the price to be lower when she hits exhalted which is when your able to purchase the mount in the first place.

I know at least with the Netherwing drakes, it's free if you complete the quest line. Perhaps cost should read "200g or quest"?
