I've never actually had the pleasure of meeting Hogger. Though I have heard LFG shouts on the rare occasion that I made an alliance alt and leveled them up to a whopping 10 or so.

I think this shows how hardcore hogger is.
You set foot in his territory, regardless of your level, that bad motherfucker will come at you and he will not give up until someone ends up dead... it's normally him, but he still doesn't shy away from it.

This would have been a great video if, when almost there, Horde came up and 1-shotted his lame ass then stomped on the gnomes. The music abruptly changes from hippy-hop to something brutal.
