Sunwell Isle Realm progression list

Are you interested in which phase each Realm is on in the race to complete the
Shattered Sun Offensive? Well then
Masterdragon has the list you need. He has compiled a list of all of the servers and which phase is currently being worked on.
Drysc has blessed the thread with a blue post congratulating him on his endeavors -- and presumably to make the list easier to find.
Masterdragon will be updating the list two or three times a day and requests that you check the list before posting your server's phase status.
I'm impressed that Masterdragon is putting in all this effort to update this tracking list. It's too bad that Blizzard can't provide one for us so that he doesn't have to. An official list could indicate the percentage completed for each phase as well. But I suppose they have enough work putting a spin on the
undocumented changes that have popped up in
Patch 2.4.
Do you think Blizzard should have an official list? Or are you just happy that a fellow player took the initiative to make one himself?

I'm surprised that they haven't put in a tracking page like they did for the AQ opening event.

I'm kind of saddened by the lack of an AQ-style tracking page. I was looking forward to seeing where our realm was in the grand scheme.

They really should give us an official tracking page. It shouldnt be left up to a player to manually do this. Personally, I would love to be able to easily check the progress of my server when Im at work an unable to play, to get an idea of where it stands.

For EU-Server Edur (Alliance on EU-Gorgonnash) has build this site:
http://www.gorgonnash.info/index.html
It's a fanbuilded site so i think this explains the ad-popups...
There is also an addon you can install to transmitt data, helping to keep track... but I don't know if this tool is secure... so use at your own risk :)

Does this site not include other servers or are they just EU servers? I don't see why they can't include them all. I DL'd (and then removed) their upload and sent my info for Blade's Edge. it accepted it and showed me the progression I had sent them but the main list still didn't include Blade's edge.

Hey, more power to the players who did this.
Then again, it's actually pretty pointless, you know? Unless you're one of those lazy bums who are leaving it up to everyone else to reach Phase 3 so you can get your BoJ gear.

Its not pointless, stuff like this is about sharing the "war effort" experience across all of the realm communities, and a bit of friendly competition :)

agreed- i like the war effort feel to it- i know these events are massive undertakings for blizz, but i wish they would do more of them.

But I guess they're too busy nerfing shamans, amirite?
Come on, don't post trolling garbage in the main post.

I thought it was referring to the shrunken weapon fiasco.
I didn't notice anything about shaman nerfs this time around. What did they nerf now? Shamans are already so nerfed that nobody wants to play them anymore except enhancement.

I think this is an interesting endeavor. I love numbers (probably why I theorycraft so much) and so I'd like to see more in-depth information. For example, it would be awesome to see on a single site more information about each server: what time zone is it in? what type of server is it? what is the population of the server? when did that server go live?
That's the kind of information that would interest me. Then I'd use that data to look for trends. We've already heard of the complaints from strictly PvP servers that they're behind because of rampant world PvP, but is that just gut feeling? Individual experience and opinion? Or an actual fact?
Does time zone make a difference? Seniority of the server? Population probably does, but I wonder if some medium-population servers are working their butts off to be competative anyways. Maybe you could add interviews with random people (like Gamerz on the Street) to see how their perception of their servers' progression is actually accurate or not.
Fun times. But, hey, it's the number-crunching engineering nerd in me that finds it so intriguing!

Go Hellfire on EU - not far behind the rest for moving into Phase 2 and I should be home from work in a couple of hours to help with the push!

Is the only way to know what phase you're on by going to the isle and looking at what buildings we own?

Nice to see I am not the only one(http://www.allthingsazeroth.com/Medros/archive/2008/03/phases-dailies-and-online-stat.php) who feels they need an AQ like status page for the realms. I can only hope they will now listen and put a web dev on it before the end of phase 4 across most of the realms.

I really appreciate the hard work and effort from a player, but I think Blizzard should've done this as part of the release. If they're going to make it a progressive opening, then they should offer a means of checking server progress.
