Thundgot, the undead European CM, announced today that there are a few free character transfers amongst realms that will be starting today, and go through March 25th.You can move from Al'Akir, Frostmane, Grim Batol, Outland, or Twilight's Hammer over to Burning Steppes or Spinebreaker. Of course, this only for all our European readers. No U.S. realms are current open for free transfers.
If you want to take advantage of this, do so quickly! They often close down these transfers early when they meet their internal goals.

That's like the 5th time I've seen Outlands and Twilight's Hammer being on the free transfer list.
Either people aren't moving, or the server really *is* that crowded.
I wonder which one it is.

Its probably similar to Tichondrius or other popular US servers. Even though they are offering free transfers off all the time, people still transfer there everyday because it is one of the most elite PVP realms.
Come to think of it, this probably only furthers the 'elite PVP' (or PVE depending on realm) ideal. Because the casuals will get sick of log in queues and transfer off while the high end PVPers from other servers will pay to transfer on.

Give Aerie Peak a free transfer soon please! We were the recommended server until about 2 months ago, so we are pretty much FULL. This problem is especially prominent on the Alliance as most of the server is Alliance, so I'm sure the Horde don't mind all the people...except most of em are little kiddies who roll Nelf Huntards with the name Legolas or some variation there of.
