I believe this is a tiny version of the druid epic flight model, isn't it? It looks like the same feet to me... Maybe not the same head?

I got one on my second Kael kill on the PTR. We also had the new 20 slot bag drop on that run. This was a couple days ago, and I know I saw at least a couple others running around before I got mine.
