Yet another fun little tidbit slipped by unnoticed in the recent frenzy of 2.4 news, but no longer! Behold, a WoW Insider exclusive!
Okay, so it's not that special and I may have exaggerated the weight of this news item just a little, but I think most of you will be happy to know that the Magisters' Terrace drops a 20 slot bag: The Sun Touched Satchel. It is unique, but it seems to be a fairly common drop off of the trash inside of the instance. I don't have statistics and percentages for you but when I mentioned it in General chat, a fair number of people spoke up to say they had one as well. Judging entirely off of that, I assume it won't take you dozens and dozens of runs to get your own.
I'm sure this is a bit of a sting in the bum of Primal Mooncloth tailors when combined with the near-free 20 slot bags from Zul'Aman, but keep in mind that the bag is unique. I don't expect this will cause the market for 20 slotters to change much, if at all. Besides, I think everyone in WoW can agree that more bag space is a good thing, no matter the source.
Some good news, some bag news

I wish they would make changes to the current bags; scale the backback to match the largest standard bag size available, and make regular Netherweave Bags no longer soulbound.

ridding netherweave bags of soulbound status would drive their markey price to the ground... bad idea. they're not even that expensive as it is (5-8g on my server so about one daily quest lol)

Oh sweet, I'll have... four free slots in the bank as opposed to two! Woot! =P
Haha, half-sarcastic, but I appreciate any extra slots (and IMO, the cost of PMC bags does not balance out the convenience of 2 extra slots).
I tell you what though... having 2 holidays in WoW OVERLAP has been murder on my bank space... off the top of my head, it took out about 12 slots of room. =( WTB those soulbound bags which are unconfirmed at this stage!

Of course PMC aren't really worth it yet. 16 slotters weren't really worth it before BC, and 22/24 slotters won't really be worth it in WotLK. The top end bags have always been for people who have run out of things to buy, or are just massive horders.

List of mobs dropping it and drop rates: http://www.wowdb.com/item.aspx?id=35516
It sounds like a common drop.

Screw the tailors that's a lame argument. If that's the case they should stop Super mana and healing potions from dropping off mobs or coming out of chest 5 at a time since it hurts the Alchemist potion selling.
