The reason I almost always choose druids in the multitude of MMORPGs I play has less to do with RP and more to do with versatility. I love hybrid classes, especially the more offensive ones that can still heal (hello shammie alt!) So when it comes to what's missing from my class, it's hard for me to put my finger on it. Hybrids tend to do so well, but to give them another major ability could water down other classes.
Many fellow druids believe this class is missing some serious crowd control ability, though we have it in limited forms through Cyclone, Entangling Roots, Force of Nature (aka treant pets), Hibernate (beast and dragonkin only) and off tanking in bear form. I'm not sure we need a Priest level AE fear or a Rogue sap. Other players have called for more aggro tools for druids, especially Balance druids. But the class is built to survive a beating and isn't as squishy as those with better aggro management abilities.
I'm stumped on what buff I would give druids, but I'm interested to see what our readers would give their own class. Let's hear it.

I'd give pallys a taunt spell and a better way to pull mobs.

Druids need a ressurection without cooldown imo so i can be main healer without any support, perhaps as a talent in the resto tree in WOTLK.

Add to the balance tree a way to extend the duration of Cyclone to make the spell more reliable for crowd control.

Shaman a crowd control spell. They are the only casters without one.

Warlocks - Remove the resilience applying to DoTs change.
Priest - Return the higher percentage bonuses on shadow weaving, and allow the bonus to apply to shadow and arcane damage for other players.
Warriors - Remove the stance switching system, allow all abilities to be used at any time.
Hunter - Ability to tame any beast, not just lame ones (i.e. add Basilisks, Chimeras, Wyverns, Gryphons, etc.).

As a Warlock -- I'd want an AoE Disease Cloud that isn't channeled. And it would syphon life from anything caught in it.
If it were a talent, I'd make increased points cause a slowing effect.

I'd really like my Pally to have a Nature Resist Aura. We have a resist for nearly everything else, why not Nature?

I play a Holy Paladin and the two buffs I think the class needs are in the other two trees. For Protection, there needs to be a better way to become uncrushable.
If I had to pick one and only one buff though, it would be in the Ret tree. Ret Paladins need an threat wipe, or at least reduction talent. My suggestion would be to tie it to Divine Shield, make a high level Ret talent give DS an Aggro wipe.

Priests: Holy form
Shaman: Cyclone
Warlock: err, nothing I want
Druids: Boomkin fade, more magic mitigation for feral tanks.
Hunter: Nothing
Paladin: More HP for prot
Rogue: Nothing
Warriors: Nothing
Most classes couldnt really have something more without terribly breaking them really :P

@1: Pallys have a taunt, and both holy and prot pallys can pull (holy shock and avenger's shield).
I think prot pallys need a little HP love, I think ret pallys need some threat mitigation, and I'd love my prot warrior to have a little more DPS... not a lot, he's just hard to solo with right now.

I would:
Give ret pallys a spell like avengers shield, a flying 1h or 2h mace a-la Thor.
For Shamen:
Remove the casting time for form (really, whats the point of having it as a cool talent that people respec out of at lv 40 anyway). An AOE that's not totem based - maybe similar to cyclone for druids.
For warlocks:
A way to get your felguard or imp to shut the hell up. Seriously, my felguard is getting on my nerves - especially when farming for motes.

Priests: Holy form
sounds nice, I think the Holy Ultimate needs a big improvement, most priests are something like 30/30/0 because of the bad ultimates... :-(
Shaman: Cyclone
may be not the druid's cyclone but something other... 6 sec duration isnt funny...
Warlock: err, nothing I want
right
Druids: Boomkin fade, more magic mitigation for
feral tanks.
ferals are ok, moonkin needs more spells... your action bar as moonkin has only 5 spells... omg...
Hunter: Nothing
Nothing? Are you sane? Hunter needs more buffs in damage and a improvement of survival talents.
Paladin: More HP for prot
may be...
Rogue: Nothing
rogues could get a haste buff or a melee buff.

Warlocks need some sort of castable raid buff. The imp buff is nice, but we need something we can cast on other players that isn't limited to a certian radius and that doesn't require we have a certain pet out. For example, a 30min buff that returns 2% of damage done as health or 2% of healing done as mana would be sweet.
If that's a little too OP for you guys, how about a "Fearless" buff? +20% chance to resist fear/stun effects and 50% reduction of fear/stun effect duration. This would be immensely helpful in some raid situations, and it would allow PvPers to to QQ less about how the mean ol' warlocks fear them too much.
I would also like to see a more PvE friendly form of crowd control. Perhaps a "Petrify" spell that would cause a mob to be "scared stiff" for 15 sec. It could cost more mana and have a longer cast time than a regular fear, but at least it would be useful in close-quarters.

For my warlock: A class flying mount, both epic and regular speed. Same for my pally, I suppose.
Pally: Nature resist aura. (I'm only 57, though, and hoping one will appear soon)

"Fade" type spell that works in Boomkin and Tree form, maybe make it last a few seconds less than the priest spell. Tree of Life should also be able to cast Healing Touch (Why did Blizzard remove our best instant-heal from healing form!?) and maybe get an OOC rez at the bottom of the resto tree.

Now that I'm raiding super heavy, as a mage, I need a way to cast Dampen/Amplify Magic on the whole raid with one spell, like AB is to AI. I'm getting sick of going through 10-15 people casting that stupid buff that is only effective in parties/raids
