What is he doing when he is spinning and floating down slowly? Is that a Parachute Cloak or something?

I think there was a stealth buff to the rocket boots a few patches back. They used to ALWAYS knock you down at the end, making them useless in most situations. Now, they have that cool spinning sword move at the end. I'm guessing that he's combined the parachute cloak with the rocket boots, but I'm not sure. It never occured to me to try that but I think I'll give it a shot the next time I play.

I really wish they would add a new parachute cloak with better stats, or possibly have an engineer only upgrade quest for it. I love that cloak and used it for MANY, MANY levels but since TBC, it really doesn't even compare stats-wise to the green outland world drop cloaks.

I love all of the toys I got in the beginning of the game. jumper cables got us out of a few very tight spots, the net stopped more than a few hunters in their tracks, I took out a tauren druid 4 lvls higher than me with the Death Ray. I used the parachute cloak forever also and the boots are nifty for a rogue like me to catch up to a running horde. However engineers the fun always stopped there and I was never a help to my friends. I couldn't make them pots or bags or STAT BUFFS OR ANYTHING worth a crap to anyone in my guild other than some bullets and a bot I could call in for long raids. (THAT COSTS WAY TO MUCH BY THE WAY)
Blizzard said they were fixing this in BC. I haven't seen ANYTHING to back that up other than breaking my cool toys at 60 and to this day I can't have Jumper Cable XL because I chose Gnomish Engineering.

This is a very big PLEE to Blizzard! Please don't let the 1000 in gold that I spend lvling and the countless hours to get to 300 go for NOTHING. Make me useful again! I want more than some good goggles at 375! We want a flying mount of our own, or an ability to lay some stats on weapons, or some sort of group buff or ANYTHING to make it fun again! PLEASE

You can have the XL Cables when your Gnomish - they're not BOP and don't require being Goblin for use. Just find a Goblin Engineer that will make one for you.
