Just a friendly reminder -- don't forget that tonight starting roughly at 6:00 pm Eastern is the Stratics chat with the WoW Devs. (or at least, we're going to hope this one goes off!) As Eliah is unfortunately unable to make it tonight, I'll be doing a running live commentary from the IRC room in his stead. Also remember, If you have any questions or comments you'd like me to try to get through, please leave me a comment here! I can't guarantee that I can get all of your questions answered, but I'll make sure that they're entered into the QT bots that Stratics has set up for just such questions. User questions also help me to know what information I should be on the lookout for tonight, and what is best to give the most time to as far as quoting -- so let me know!
For those considering jumping on IRC tonight and checking out the Stratics chat with the Devs for yourself, more information can be found about tonight's events by clicking here. For those unable to go, you can always come join me here.
In any event, it should be interesting!

Ok, this question is going to get me (and you, if you were crazy enough to actually ask it) crucified by a lot of WoW players for wasting time. But, as a developer myself (and Id imagine many other WoW players are developers), Im really interested in how Blizzard develops something as huge as WoW. Things like:
- revision control system
- bug handling software
- development environment...
(Im not actually expecting you to ask, I really just wanted it out there that someone is interested!)
So, on a WoW compatible note, and to get in first:
- Shaman mana effiency (and what a caster Shaman should do when they OOM with a 40dps weapon).
- Shaman anti-CC.
- Shaman survivability (Enhancement).
- Shaman threat (DPS spec).
- Shaman totem useability and reliance on mods.
- Does anyone at Blizzard play a Shaman these days?

@ #1 See, thats the kinda stuff "I" wanna hear about! I add my vote to the technically biased line of questioning.

I also totally vote on the technical Question #1 asked.
I would be very interested to know how their Development and QA Lifecycle is like.

From what I'm given to understand we're not going to be asking questions during the chat -- they've put up bots that are collecting questions. When the chat comes up, they'll probably pick and choose through the questions that have been left on the bots by people.
That said, I have no problem at all leaving that question -- I think the answer would be interesting too! Hopefully the dev team will like it and pick that question as one of the ones to answer.

Oh, i'd like to reiterate my question from the last post. I'm curious about what the tool used to craft the land is like and how it can leave artifacts like spikes and accordion-fold cliff faces when they're not properly smoothed out.

Pertaining to Priests, is their any true consideration being given to a revamp (or complete redo) of the 31 / 41 point Holy Talents at some point in the future?
