Just wondering. How long does it take for a "Reader WoWspace" submission to go up?

@HerrK -- use the New Users fields on the left section of the comment form to generate a new comment account. The email address you enter will receive a confirmation message one time with a password in it -- use the same email and password next time in the Current Users section on the right and your comment won't need to be confirmed.
NOTE: There seems to be a bug if you fill in fields in both the New Users and Current Users sections of the comment form. If you're using the Current Users fields to leave a comment under your account, make sure nothing is filled in on the New Users side.
