Never heard of Deathwing? Well, I suppose you can be forgiven -- he's not currently in the game. However, Deathwing (also known as Neltharion), the former leader of the Black Dragonflight plays a big part in Warcraft lore. Despite the fact that he's not currently to be found in Azeroth, there's a lot of speculation as to where Deathwing might be. Grim Batol, where he was last seen? Returned to his long-empty lair? Or perhaps he's truly dead? Well, new information coming from the public test realms suggest that Deathwing may be back. BlizzPlanet is reporting that in the Black Temple, the NPC Lady Sinestra has a dialog referring to "the master" -- presumably Deathwing.
Still curious? Full text of the dialog after the jump.
Lady Sinestra says: Overlord Mor'ghot, I presume... A pleasure to finally make your acquiantance.
Lady Sinestra says: I am Lady Sinestra.
Overlord Mor'ghor says: I will not drag this out any further than it needs, Lady Sinestra. You have bent my ear, now tell me what it is that you want from Dragonmaw.
Lady Sinestra says: You have no doubt heard about Nefarian's failures on Azeroth... While he has fallen, the experiment continue. My master... He continues the work that his progeny began.
Overlord Mor'ghor says: The... The master? He lives?
Lady Sinestra nods.
Lady Sinestra says: You were once a chief lieutenant, Mor'ghor. Your work in Grim Batol is not easily forgotten.
Lady Sinestra says: Now... We need the eggs that you recover. The Netherwing eggs. They are, after all, a product of the master. We will pay whatever price that you ask.
Overlord Mor'ghor stammers.
Overlord Mor'ghor says: Ye... Yes, yes... Of course. We need only the crystals and ore from this place. There is... We will need mounts.
Lady Sinestra says: The master will be most pleased with this news. The Black Dragonflight will provide you all that you ask. You will be allowed to ride upon the backs of our drakes as needed.
Lady Sinestra says: I thank you for your graciousness, Mor'ghor. I must now take my leave.

If memory serves me, isn't Deathwing the Horde's flying hero from "WC2: Beyond the Dark Portal"?

It's actually not in the Black Temple that this happens. It occurs in the Dragonmaw Base Camp on Netherwing Ledge in Shadowmoon Valley.

Hopefully this means that we will actually be able to have real dragon mounts like we steel the "masters" eggs and they baby dragons become our friends to combat their evil father, cool huh.

It's pretty damn obvious who their leader is. Sure as hell isn't Alexstrasza.

Ah good. Now we can endure the constant catcalls of high level raiding guilds asking to kill a dragon aspect >.<

Probably Sargeras/Kil'Jaeden, since all of the current CoT instances would benefit the Burning Legion, but do nothing for the Black Dragonflight.

It's definitely a reference to Deathwing/Neltharion when Lady Sinestra says:
You have no doubt heard about Nefarian's failures on Azeroth... While he has fallen, the experiment continue. My master... He continues the work that his progeny began.
and
The Netherwing eggs. They are, after all, a product of the master.
We know that Nef and Ony are his children, as are the Netherdrakes (according to wowwiki he hid some eggs on Draenor before the end of the Second War and the cataclysm that turned that place into Outland).

As far as the Legion being involved in the Infinite Dragonflight, I'm not so sure. The UBRS/BWL Chromatic Dragon experiments come to mind when I see the Dragonkin and whelps that the ID uses as troops. Also, the Legion has every reason to maintain the timeline in Black Morass, since that's when Medihv opens the Dark Portal before the First War. If the Legion wanted out so badly they could just leave Azeroth and Outland alone, and continue their evil escapades elsewhere. The lore already states that they've wiped out plenty of other worlds.
Also, Deathwing was driven mad by the Old Gods (C'Thun and Co.) who the titans imprisoned inside Azeroth. He thinks that by doing what they say he'll get what he wants (which is effectively Alexistraza and some others as sex slaves).

There's a dragon lair inside of Hyjal. My assumption since seeing it from wall hopping a year ago is that this is Deathwing's lair. Perhaps the "real" Hyjal that exists in regular Azeroth and not CoT will be a full on raid into the black brute's maw.
