From NPCs to player names to guild names and locations, I often find myself having a chuckle over Blizzard's and players' creative naming decisions. We've started a gallery to showcase some of the funnier names around Azeroth and Outland, and we need your help filling it in. If you see a funny NPC, player, guild, or place name in your travels that isn't already in our gallery, take a screenshot and send it in. We're happy to credit you by name and a link to your blog, guild website, etc. We'll keep updating the gallery and post periodic reminders as long as it keeps growing. Make sure your image is less than 10MB in size and send it to funnynames AT wowinsider DOT com. And of course, check out the gallery so far. Thanks in advance for your submissions!

Don't forget the Jonny Moseley (Olympic Skier), his nickname is the Muffin Man
In the lower city of Shatt, the bread seller has a Moseleyesque name and the caption underneath is "Muffin Man"

When it comes to unique and funny names, they seem to be all over azeroth and outlands. on my server specifically i would have to say the best name i have seen (guild, npc, player....) has to go to a horde guild.
STD's are BOP.
I wouldnt know if this is on other servers too as i only play on dunemaul but i have to say its pretty damn gnarley.

One of the ethereals at the entrance to mana tombs is named "Slim", and underneath his name, his description is Shady Dealer. Slim Shady. When you talk to him, he sais he is neither slim nor shady, and is insulted by being called either.

There are five Draenei wandering around the Hall of Lights in the Exodar named Curzon, Audrid, Tobin, Emony, and Torias.
None one else in guild chat was as enthusiastic about my general squeeage when I first noticed this, but I can't be the only Star Trek: Deep Space Nine nerd around here, can I? *grin*
